Overseeing the development of key art breakouts with in-house teams, external agencies and OOH vendors ensuring adherence to strict brand guidelines, design systems, and technical specifications for both digital and print media. My role included translating complex media buys into comprehensive 360-degree executions that included OOH, DOOH, Social and Digital Banners, overseeing all stages of the campaign lifecycle alongside Marketing Leads, Campaign Managers and Project Managers from pre-launch through post-launch, as well as the sustainment and evergreen phases, to maintain consistent messaging and visual integrity.
I developed live documents to track the creative progress of the campaign both internally and externally, ensuring timely deliveries aligned with campaign milestones.
